Residenza d'epoca San Martino 29

Residenza d'epoca San Martino 29

The period residence "San Martino 29" is located on the first floor of a historic building in the historic center of Siena, on Via San Martino 29 - hence the name of the property.
The original structure, which probably dates from the 17th century, was completely restored at the beginning of the 19th century by the Cambi Gado family, whose coat of arms is in the building's atrium.
The SM29 is a few steps from one of the most beautiful squares in the world - Piazza del Campo. The historic SM29 residence offers a beautiful view of Piazzetta San Giusto on one side and the picturesque alley of Vicolo degli Orefici on the other.

Here, nothing is accidental. Architects and owners took care of every detail. We give our guests the opportunity to live in a unique place, in the heart of the city, with all the comforts of modern structures. San Martino 29 Residence is an intimate facility, in a perfect location, where you will feel special, like at home.

It is a historical building, under the conservator of monuments. During the renovation works, history was treated with great respect. A lot of work was put into recovering the frescoes, renovating the original stone floors, wooden windows and doors, which harmonize with the space of the rooms in a beautiful and minimalistic way. An impressive design has been achieved that subtly combines modernity with naturalness and history.
